Thanks for coordinating the business cards. I’m not sure if that is your role, but thats where I needed most support. Thanks for the coordination.

Podcast Recording

• Very good
• Incredible how we synced right on it
• The pauses being removed is good. Sudeep does tend to pause quite a bit.
• The VO & background music to be better balanced
  • The background music doesn’t have to be on a such a short loop. There is enough track.
• You can also remove the affirmations. It is needed for the conversation, but not the show. Unless there is something funny being said.
• We tend to speak over each other at times. Please clean that out in the edit. You can either keep the more relevant rack or remove both at the time.
• The music + VO fade in, fade out can be smoother
• Feel free to be ruthless in your edit. I have removed solid chunks before. We tend to go over board on examples and summaries. In this one itself there were 2 summaries :-)
• The mid-point can be aligned at a topic break
• Let me show you how I do it - Raw files on Garage band, just voice track edit, with adjustments, Then Auphonic, then mix on the VO & Music.

Work Track Management

• Please keep track of all emails and deadlines.
• Follow-up with people on pending information and confirmations.
• Follow-up with BD team on deliverables and deadlines (Show Bundles)
• Check calendar and punch in the deliverables.
• Check if invoice has been raised, advance received and follow-up on payment after event.
• Pretty much be my boss. :-)
