The First Cut/ Audio Edit

1. Clean the audio.
2. The audio of all speakers has to be same . It has to hit 12 on the audio panel.
3. Think about the audio podcast while doing the first cut.
4. Be very ruthless with the first cut. Remove all "uhh's" and "you knows"
5. Any kind of overlapping has to be removed. Especially the affirmations .
6. There should be no repetition of words.
7. While editing mark chapters for the podcast. (timeline and a title for every new topic that comes up) The shorter the chapters the better.
8. Export the MP3 File of the first cut and send for review.

Reels

1. We will need 3 reels 3 days before the full podcast is published for promotion.
2. The remaining 4 can be sent after the final edit.
3. The Reels should always be vertical

The Finishing Touches

1. The entire video should have a cream and waves frame
2. The titles and markers shouldn’t be too low.
3. Always use fonts: Bebas Neue / Railway
